Ok, so this blog is definitely a work-in-progress. I’ll basically be writing about what I’m learning on my journey to vibrant health.

First off, if you’re transitioning into a healthy diet and learning how to eat properly, you should be logging what you eat to track nutrients. Right now I’m trying out CRON-O-Meter, and I’m loving how easy it is to track everything.

I’m not getting nearly enough of a lot of nutrients, so I’m going to start by focusing on one nutrient at a time, with an article for each.
